THE GILDED is a photograph of a stunning Art Deco architectural detail located in downtown Los Angeles, California. Designed by Claud Beelman and completed in 1930, the beautiful terracotta ornamentation adorning the two-story recessed vestibule showcases intricate gold and turquoise terracotta tiles with shimmering gold sunburst chevron motifs.

WHO WE ARE:
DecoDevotion is a design collection created by architectural photographer Jacia Phillips based in Kansas City, Missouri. For over 20 years, Jacia has been devoted to documenting historic Art Deco architecture across the United States and recently launched DecoDevotion — a collection of functional art pieces featuring authentic architectural photography from real American Art Deco landmarks. Unlike many “Deco-inspired” retail products that rely on digital patterns, each DecoDevotion design originates from actual historic buildings, resulting in a collection rooted in preservation, provenance, and architectural integrity.
