THE EMERALD CITY is a fantasy architectural design, part of our Impossible Art Deco Series, bringing to life a glamorous imagined Emerald City scene set on a tropical island paradise.

WHO WE ARE: DecoDevotion is a design collection created by architectural photographer Jacia Phillips based in Kansas City, Missouri. For over 20 years, Jacia has been devoted to documenting historic Art Deco architecture across the United States and recently launched DecoDevotion — a collection of functional art pieces featuring authentic architectural photography from real American Art Deco landmarks, as well as imagined "Impossible" buildings that should have been built.

Unlike many “Deco-inspired” retail products that rely on digital patterns, each DecoDevotion design originates from or is inspired by actual historic buildings, resulting in a collection rooted in preservation, provenance, and architectural intrigue.
